The Explorer’s Table, a sumptuous eating experience that transports patrons throughout several continents, has been introduced by Atlas Ocean Voyages.
This exclusive Omakase-style dinner event, available on their Polar Expeditions to Antarctica and the High Arctic, will feature dishes inspired by Spain, Korea, France, and other international locations.
Limited to 10 people per voyage, the experience is available on all three Atlas yachts, World VoyagerTM, World TravellerTM, and World Navigator.
The CEO of Atlas Ocean Voyages, James Rodriguez, expressed delight about the new offering, praising its exceptional blend of fine dining, premium wines, and breathtaking vistas of glaciers.
Highlights of the menu include the Valrhona Guanaja chocolate dessert coupled with yuzu, the Steamed Pastrami Sandwich with Kimchi, and the Charcoal Steamed Nishiki Rice with Ossetra caviar.
