Maranello, Italy-Seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton is getting ready for his highly awaited debut with Ferrari when F1 starts its 2025 season. The British ace shocked the racing fraternity by parting ways with Mercedes, but now he is thrilled and full of hope for this new adventure.
Hamilton had spent over a decade with Mercedes and won six out of seven titles with the team. His switching to Ferrari has been referred to as “brought fresh air.” “By joining Ferrari is a dream come true,” he said during a recent press conference in Maranello. “The passion, the history, and the incredible support from the Tifosi make this an amazing opportunity.”
There was the last title for drivers with Kimi Räikkönen in 2007, Ferrari now will count much on Hamilton’s experience to put them back at the front. “We know what Lewis can do and we are determined to give him the right car to win,” said team principal Frédéric Vasseur.
