Disney fans, get ready! The worlds of Star Wars and Marvel’s Fantastic Four are expanding across Disney theme parks, bringing new, immersive experiences to life. The exciting announcement came from Josh D’Amaro, Chairman of Disney Experiences, during a special session at SXSW, where he revealed what’s next for Disney’s world-building adventures.

Fantastic Four Arrives at Disneyland Resort

One of the biggest reveals was for Fantastic Four fans. With The Fantastic Four: First Steps movie set to hit theaters this July, Disneyland Resort in California will introduce exclusive superhero experiences later this year.

While specific details remain under wraps, visitors can look forward to:

  • A meet-and-greet with the Fantastic Four, allowing fans to interact with their favorite heroes.
  • An interactive experience featuring H.E.R.B.I.E., the Fantastic Four’s robotic assistant.

This marks the first major Fantastic Four integration into the Disney parks, setting the stage for future Marvel attractions.

More Star Wars Adventures in Disney Parks

Star Wars lovers, rejoice! The beloved BDX Droids, which first debuted at Disneyland’s Galaxy’s Edge last year, will now be introduced at:

✅ Walt Disney World
✅ Disneyland Paris
✅ Tokyo Disney Resort

These free-moving, interactive droids will enhance the galactic atmosphere, making each park visit feel even more immersive.

That’s not all! The Mandalorian and Grogu, already a fan-favorite duo at Disneyland and Hollywood Studios, will soon:

  • Become part of the Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run attraction, offering fans a new way to experience the Star Wars universe.

With The Mandalorian & Grogu movie hitting theaters next year, Disney is ensuring that fans stay engaged both on-screen and in the parks.

The Force is Strong at Disney!

Disney continues to expand its immersive experiences, blending storytelling, technology, and fan engagement in exciting new ways. Whether you’re a Star Wars fan or a Marvel enthusiast, Disney parks are shaping up to be an even more thrilling destination in the coming years!
