Due to fleet reconfiguration, Norwegian Cruise Line has canceled a few voyages on the Norwegian Encore, Bliss, and Breakaway ships scheduled for late 2025 and early 2026.
As the firm modifies itineraries to improve guest experiences, impacted passengers will get reimbursements and future cruise credits.
Three of Norwegian Cruise Line’s ships—Norwegian Encore, Bliss, and Breakaway will be affected by the cancellation of several sailings in late 2025 and early 2026.
Following timetable modifications for other vessels, this is the second round of cancellations in recent weeks.
The Norwegian Encore’s November 2025 January 2026 itinerary, the Norwegian Bliss’s November 2025 March 2026 sailings, and the Norwegian Breakaway’s January and February 2026 journeys are among the impacted cruises.
Norwegian said in a statement that the decision is part of a fleet repositioning strategy that aims to introduce upgraded itineraries to fulfill the increasing demand from guests.
“Although we make every effort to preserve original itineraries, sometimes changes are required to offer more engaging experiences,” the cruise line stated.
Until December 31, 2026, passengers who have reservations on the affected cruises will receive a 10% future cruise credit in addition to complete refunds for their paid rates.
This action comes after the business last month canceled many months’ worth of voyages on its Norwegian Dawn, Star, and Jewel ships. The changes highlight Norwegian’s continuous efforts to improve its services and provide outstanding travel experiences.
As the firm realigns its fleet for upcoming excursions, Norwegian’s compensatory gesture tries to reassure clients, even though the cancellations may disappoint some tourists.
