Social media went abuzz on Sunday, May 11, with images tweeted by fans who spotted the couple walking around the City of Brotherly Love. The date was their first time out in public since March 14, the last time they were spotted walking into a restaurant in New York City.
Wearing casual yet chic attire, 35-year-old Swift sported a sleek black tank top with a matching bag, while also 35 years old rocked a loose cream-colored shirt. Of note, Kelce’s extended offseason hair was on full display, indicating he’s fully immersed in his time away from the gridiron.
Relaxing Between Busy Seasons
The couple’s latest outing comes during a period of well-earned downtime. Kelce’s NFL season has wrapped, and Swift is currently between international legs of her record-breaking Eras Tour.
“They have been traveling nonstop and very much enjoy it,” a source told PEOPLE in April. “They are making the most of their time off together. They are hanging out with friends, too. It’s a special time for them.“
Despite the media buzz surrounding their relationship since they began dating in 2023, Swift and Kelce seem to be prioritizing privacy during their off-season. “They are very serious and in sync,” the source added. “They value the same things. Right now, the focus is very much on private time out of the spotlight.”
Skipping the Met Gala, Embracing Each Other
While fans looked forward to them gracing the red carpet during the 2024 Met Gala last month, the pair did not show up. The duo, TMZ revealed, was invited to the gala but had to turn down the opportunity because their schedules clashed. Nevertheless, it appears they’re making the best out of their free time elsewhere.

A Mother’s Nod to the Offseason Fun
Travis’ travels and apparent tan even sparked playful speculation during the May 7 Mother’s Day episode of the New Heights podcast, which he co-hosts with his brother Jason Kelce.
During the episode, their mom, Donna Kelce, 72, remarked that Travis looked “a little dark,” hinting at the time he may have spent in the sun while vacationing with Swift. Caught slightly off guard, Travis laughed and joked, “I’m in my cubicle. I’m everywhere. I’m everywhere, mommy.”
Donna didn’t push for details, but her quick-witted response said it all: “Got it. Looks like you guys were having fun.”
